I will share your comments with our team. A couple of years ago for Christmas he was stuck for what he wanted as a gift and I booked him and my husband to have a weekend in London together. Enjoy our traditional and contemporary dishes and snacks at our welcoming bar and restaurant.
Oyster Review - He did comment that customer service and welcome could be worked on though as he has stayed in the Ibis Euston a couple of times for work and he said whilst the hotel there is no where near as swish as the London Excel Docklands one the service was definitely better, with more friendly and attentive staff.

The hotel is just over a quarter mile from both the Royal Victoria and the Custom House Docklands Light Railroad DLR stations with routes into central London on a 30-minute tube subway ride. The ibis London Excel-Docklands is just a 10-minute drive from London City Airport, Canary Wharf and historic Greenwich. Westfield Stratford shopping center and the Olympic Park are also a short 25-minute tube ride away. This property is also rated for the best value in London!
